Dry Marina & Boat Service
Dry Marina PROIZD provides complete dry dock storage, haul-out, transport, and maintenance for vessels across the area of Korčula Island and western Pelješac. We are located right next to Korkyra Marina and the boat fuel station, and equipped with a heavy-duty Scania F600 AXP 16-ton truck crane with three custom spreader bars to safely handle all hull types.

Authorized service maintaining factory warranties for outboard engines: Honda, Suzuki, Tohatsu, Hidea. Computer diagnostics, error code reading, and precise engine parameter tuning. Regular maintenance and seasonal prep for Yamaha, Mercury, and inboard engines.
Fiberglass, Hull & Wooden Boat Repairs
Gelcoat cosmetic repairs, lamination, polishing, antifouling application, and RIB inflatable tube patching. Wooden boat hull repair and patching, replacement of damaged planking, and sealing.
Marine Electronics & Fishing Gear
Over 20 years of sea fishing experience. Expert installation of bow-mount trolling motors (Minn Kota, Garmin Force, Lowrance Ghost, MotorGuide), fishfinders, and GPS plotters. Professional thru-hull and transom transducer mounting.
High-Pressure Hull Washing
Immediate high-pressure wash removing algae and barnacles straight after haul-out using eco-friendly detergents.
Underwater Works & CRS Inspections
In-water inspections of hull, shaft, rudder, and pontoons for the Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS/HRB). In-water zinc anode and prop replacement, corpo morto mooring setup, and emergency rope clearing.
Diver / emergency operations— Emergency Marine Services in Port & Waters
- Propeller and shaft freed from ropes and nets in the water (no haul-out required when possible).
- Temporary hull-leak patching and emergency 16 t crane haul-out if the hull is compromised.
- Corpo morto and mooring buoy installation & inspection for safe mooring.
